how long did your online academic transcript take?

I graduated like 4 years ago and cannot access my account anymore but need an academic transcript, it says there’s a processing time of several weeks? How is it that long for a damn digital document

I need this asap, does anyone have another idea of how I can get one sooner? I don’t live in Melbourne
