It won’t be obvious at first. Your friends will probably notice before you do. It will be subtle…

“Oh, is that a new haircut?”

“Oh! You’re glowing today! What crème are you using?”

“You seem happier, did you get promoted?”

That one super hippie-ish friend that just knows things will be like “did you get laid last night?! Who!?”

Whereas my friends would just be like: “Where did our friend go?” They are little less intuitive when it comes to these things.

I want to be on your mind and yours in mine. The constant text and sneaky smiles. The heart skipping a beat when a text message comes in.

It might be short, it might out last both of us but I want to make a mark. Maybe you’ll think of me when you spill the tea to your palliative care nurse 😏

I’m looking for something pretty specific. I know I”m a whole ass dude and this is Reddit! “You should take what you should get!” One might say. But I’m a in a pretty specific situation myself.
