Harry Potter is a dueling champion?

I can’t remember the name of this fic, but Harry starts dueling, the first tournament he doesn’t win. Later he does win, and goes to America for the championship. He meets native Americans there and crafts a wand with a thunderbird feather and a thread from the cloak.

I also remember him being able to sense the magic of the world, and being able to sense Hogwarts and can feel the horcrux there.
