Headphones suggestions please

I've been looking to buy some good headphones for a while now. Thought about buying song 720N then found out they are best fit for iPhone which I don't own. Then thought of buying a soundcore space one or Q20i but they are not available anywhere and were about to order jlab jbuds but some people are saying that it made their head/jaw hurt cause of clamping tightly and the call quality is not good.

Now I don't know what to go with and I've been waiting for Flipkart/amazon sales all this time just to get confused again.

I mostly used headphones for listening to podcasts, music and online classes.

I've some simple requirements:-

1:- over the ear with a comfortable grip so that I can wear them for multiple hours without my head or jaw hurting. This requirement matters the most to me.

2:- somewhat decent ANC for taking classes.

3:- decent call quality

My budget is around 3-5k
