New sets?

So we have gotten a trickle of new cards when they released Nunu in POC, but the devs haven't release a full set in however long. Have they decided to not release sets anymore? I mean I'm 100% fine with them focuses entirely on POC, it's the only mode I play, but wouldn't a set or two help refresh some of the content? Like take for example Illoai release. It was cool to have her tree expanded, but there wasn't really any cards to make it fresh again. Then take an example of them making a new champ, what cards could they use for a new champ with a new mechanic? If they stop making sets, then does that mean they aren't going to release new champions now too? Just food for thought.
