Looking for a mod that streamlines recruitment buildings, warhammer 3

Specifically hoping for just 1 military building to upgrade that lets you recruit every faction unit of each tier. Example a tier 2 empire recruitment building would allow recruitment of halberdiers, empire knights, handgunners, etc all at once. I have more fun with varied armies and the game as is feels like it's incentivising me to doomstack. I don't mind if this unbalances the game or makes it easier.
