Hi All,

Im a software dev using claude daily for a lot of different tasks.

I’ve been using claude pro max for the last two months, daily and heavily. got a few MCP servers connected such as postman, grafana and clickup, as well as some plugins such as superpowers and a few others.

In the last two months i can be running 4-6 claude sessions high effort, opus 4.8 all at a once for 8-12 hours day and not get anywhere near my session limit and bean using around 50 - 60% of the weekly limit every week.

Today i get into work and with only two sessions used 805 of my session limit and within the day ive used 50% of my weekly limit.

Still on the same effore level, same opus 4.8 model. clean sessions so not using heaps of cached tokens, same system same prompt styling. Ive not changed anything.

How is it possible that my usage has changed so much? any advice/insights would be very helpful. at this rate im going to hit my weekly limit in two days doing way less than what i was doing previously
