Trying out a Cosplay

I really like the outfit styles in witch hat. I feel inspired to make a cosplay and haven't settled on any one look or character. I was imagining myself and what I would look like in the universe.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to make a cape or resources? Where would Ibfind shoes?
