What do we think of the Prismatic eeeveelutions in PSA 10 long term?

While its true that PE has been printed into oblivion, their quality control on the SIRs has been terrible compared to many other sets. The eeveelutions in a PSA 10 all have gem rate under 30% and a pop of under 6k as of now.

With the print run soon to end, do we think these are bound to pop off more than we've already seen once April rolls around?
