I am not able to catch up and I am confused and not able to focus

I am currently having issue with my question solving capability and knowledge, I had surgery and recently and during surgery and recovery phase I was not able to read due to pain and other issues now when I am starting to get back on I feel there is huge knowledge gap

I did
75 percent of uworld with 68 percent average
70 percent of amboss with. 70 percent average

During my surgery and recovery phase I did incorrect of uworld but very less in which I was scoring poor and after wards now I did them still I scored poor around 50 percent and after wards today I attempted a neurology cms form I got around 56 percent I don’t know how to catch up my time for preparing for this test is ending soon I don’t know what to do and how to do please help me
Please help what should I do to improve my knowledge and also I am not able to attempt question in time limit I don’t know what to do for that I am taking too much time 1 hr for 20 questions I am not able focus properly please help me out how to solve these issues
