Safety/crime in streets offOrmeau road?

Hello, am hoping to buy a place on one of the streets off the Ormeau road - behind the General Merchants, so the likes of Rushfield ave, Deramore avenue, Kimberley, Fernwood , Ava St etc.

I notice a big discrepancy in price across these streets. Beyond the actual architecture, age, quality of houses etc is anyone able to tell me if there are any particular crime issues localised in some of these streets over others?! Eg I see some painted over graffiti on a few of the streets and wondering if it was drugs related stuff? Any info or guidance welcomed. Thank you
