Is it normal to trynna talk to a girl you find attractive?

I go to a co working space it's like mid tier one, it's a goverment incubator actually for initial clothing businesses..

There in common areas and corridors I see this really pretty girl who i find attractive

Well I'm a shy and sanskari guy

I don't know if i should try to talk to her or let it be ? Would you try to talk or something?

She seems traditional and shy type as well...as she comes in trad attires ..just an assumption....but she seems like a shy girl

But we had eye contacts...she gives very warm and soft vibes ... Like we eye contact atleast 10 times
