I made a DualSense haptic/adaptive trigger tool for Forza Horizon on PC
I made a small Windows tool that converts Forza Horizon Data Out UDP telemetry into DualSense haptic feedback and adaptive trigger effects.
It reads the official UDP telemetry output from Forza and sends feedback to a DualSense controller.
Quick Start:
- Download the latest zip from Releases.
- Extract it and run DHE.exe.
- In Forza, go to Settings → HUD → Data Out.
- Set Data Out to ON, IP to 127.0.0.1, and Port to 5300.
- Turn off the in-game controller vibration to avoid overlapping feedback.
- Start driving — trigger and haptic feedback should activate immediately.
Features:
- adaptive trigger feedback for throttle/brake
- ABS / traction vibration
- gear kick
- rev limiter pulse
- real-time tuning GUI
- USB / Bluetooth auto-detect
This is not a cheat or trainer.
It does not modify game files, inject code, unlock content, or affect online gameplay.
It only reads telemetry and controls the DualSense output.
