I sent money to a recipient who can no longer access their GCash account.

The recipient has been trying to log in to their account, but every attempt results in the message "Sorry we are unable to process your request". They also do not receive any verification code, making it impossible for them to access the account and receive the funds.

Is it possible to have the transaction reversed or refunded to my GCash account?
