This fandom is so damn entitled, and I just want to speak my mind! This game is fun, and I enjoy it, but every 5 damn games, there's a Sable or Kaneki running full meta chase and gen regress. If they lose, they will start bitching and moaning about how I'm the problem and not their skill! If they win, they'll BM and say how you lost to the weaker side on a one-sided map, and you suck even though they had every advantage possible! The weird thing is DBD is split into 2 sides and makes people have different views of the game, those being: Survivor and Killer.

Survivors:

They use: Feng, Kate, Yun-jin, Ada, and of course Sable

They run any variation of: DS, Vigil, Unbreakable, Fast Track, Stakeout, Hyperfocus, Windows, FMA, Finnuse, SB, or Drama, Prove thyself, and the best perk in the game for people who suck, Lithe.

Killers:

They use: Blight, Spirit, Vecna, Huntress, and of course Kaneki

They run any variation of: Corrupt, Pain res, Deadlock, Pop, Ruin, TBC, Deadman, Eruption, Grim, Surge, Blood favor, Friends, NWO, Bloodwarden, and you saw it coming, NOED

Now it’s okay to use good perks and strategies, but the issue is that they don’t know how to use the builds. And it results in DBD not knowing what to nerf or not, which makes the game insanely unbalanced. But something that I don’t really see people talk about is how this creates more toxicity. You see, because they lose with the best perks, they see the other as the power role. Which makes us have to repeat ourselves. If they lose, they will start bitching and moaning about how I'm the problem and not their skill! If they win, they'll BM and say how you lost to the weaker side on a one-sided map, and you suck even though they had every advantage possible!

And yes, the game is survivor-sided, but only at high MMR, which 15% of players are in.

One thing that has always made me mad is that they are the same. Think: both want to have their side be the power role, both think their side is less favoured by bhvr, both think the other side is baby easy, and both demonise the other. It's a classic form of "mimetic rivalry"; both desire the same thing, thus forming a rivalry. Another problem is comp DBD, but I'll make a separate post about that and how it causes entitlement

I am sick and tired of entitlement
