Physical counseling?

Hello all!

Im from delhi and i heard that theres some sort of "physical" counseling? Do we have to fill a form in the university physically than on the online portal? Do they give a heads up? People also said that its first come basis admission so however will i book a flight within days with no prior information? Please help me out i really want to maximize my chances of admission

Also is it worth putting uoh above 1st/2nd tier du colleges?

Are the international exchange programs worth the hype? (Applying for imsc biology)
