Microsoft Project / Visio 2024 - legit from Remote access sw installers?

Hi everyone, I'm a newbie here and I'm not techy. I just recently purchased a laptop and it came with MS office 2024 home.

I realized Visio / Project is not part of MS office (I know I'm a dummy) so I started to look around in FB where I can get it. Ads started to show up in my feeds and a lot of them offer remote access installation of MS Office Professional 2024 Lifetime License and they would include Project / Visio 2024. They said it's just 199 pesos.

1. Is it really le git MS license - can I still use my own ms account?

2. Is the remote access secure? Like can they hack any info on my laptop?

3. Can I just have the Project / Visio 2024 installed alongside my Office 2024 home?

4. If they installed Office Professional 2024 + Project Visio and s*it hits the fan, can I still reinstall my Office 2024 home? I dont know where to get its product key tho.

5. I heard about massgrave, is it true that I can download Visio / Project 2024 there for free?
