My tiny ass head makes me look like a child when I wear adult-sized hats and I could use some help

I'm 34 years old, 190lbs, and bald. I have a small head because...genetics and stuff. I've avoided hats for years because I look like an absolute child when wearing them. The bills make me look like Smalls in the opening scenes of The Sandlot because they're so long relative to the size of my head. Then, most hats either come down over my ears or if i place the hat just above my ears, I look silly because it's obvious that there's a bunch of empty space between the top of my head and the top of the hat.

I'm looking for a plain black (or dark charcoal) hat that I can have screen printed/embroidered, but one that doesn't make me look ridiculous.
