Book about a girl and guy who have dreams about each other but never met

Contemporary romance/women’s fiction. Female main character is a painter engaged to a good guy. She and fiancé go housesitting in New England I think(maybe for her sister). She turns the garage into an art studio. For years she’s had recurring dreams about a man she’s never met, and he’s been dreaming about her too. He lives near where she’s staying and recognizes her immediately when they meet. Lighthearted tone, whimsical title.

It’s not super mainstream but it fits into the same genre as Emily Henry books and others. i started it back in 2023 and it’s a modern day book not historical.

PLEASE help me find it. My old copy got destroyed and i never got a new one.
