Plex Scrobbling: Now with Per-Device Control

Heads up to everyone using Plex automatic tracking! If you're the owner of a Plex server, you may have noticed WeTrakr was logging plays from everyone on your server.. your Home/managed users, shared friends, all of it. That's because Plex sends every play on your server to your personal webhook under the same internal account, with no reliable way to tell users apart.

I just fixed it. ✅ WeTrakr now tracks per device.

What's new: A new Plex devices list under Settings → Automatic Tracking → Plex Only devices you authorize will scrobble to your account The first device seen is auto-authorized.. you manage the rest (authorize / remove) anytime

What to do: Refresh the page to get the update Open Settings → Plex and keep only your own device(s) enabled, toggle off the household ones

⚠️ One limitation: if you and someone else watch on the exact same device, Plex still can't tell you apart.. that's a hard limit on their end. For your personal devices, it's clean.

Thanks to everyone who reported this! 🙏 Keep the feedback coming.
