What happened to this game?

Genuine question, I'm trully curious because this isnt normal. This game it starts great, amazing, even the main menu is something unique and ominous, real horror game vibes

And then, after a few hours it is just Fallout 76 from Temu with Gacha/Fortnite/Loli skins

What? This is so strange, it seems like this game had an identity crisis midway development
