Negotiating

Looking for tips, tricks, and advice on negotiating prices for pretty much anything. I know negotiations are a part of the process and would like some insight on how to approach the topic with vendors of all types. I feel that my budget is pretty flexible but always good to save money wherever i can. Thanks in advance :)
