What do I do after B.Tech CSE from tier-2 if I am to get into consultancy? (or any business side of things)

my_qualifications:

3rd year from VIT with 9.15 CGPA doing B.Tech CSE (AI/ML).

First off, I'm decent enough to compete for a job but it seems so bland and uninteresting to me. Coding drains me. I love business and I realised this side of the job market seems worthy for me to fight for.

I am completely new and naive, so I'd appreciate some advice.

Obvious step is MBA. But the thing with work experience scares me from reading about people. MBA without previous 2-3 years of work experience the worst? I'll obv be prepping for GMAT. Along side what could I be doing? Certifications (If so which)? Internships related to this (If so, how)?

Is this a dead end for this option? Or is it actually viable?

P.S: Every time I sit and think of going for placements after college in this industry, I just end up hating my entire life and decisions. So placements would def regret everything harder. I'm so confused and feel like I'm out of options. (Also, I need to get out of this country for a while, hence abroad - I might be naive for this, again...)
