Billing Address Problems 😬

So basically, my billing address is bipolar. Some sites like doordash, tiktok, spotify, etc accept my card with the same billing address i use. The problem is, i want to add my card to things like cashapp, uber eats, and paypal but they all say "my zip code is wrong" when my cards billing statement says otherwise. What do i do?
