Is DODA worth using for foreigners applying to jobs in Japan from overseas?

I'm currently living outside Japan and looking for a job there. I'm considering using DODA and wanted to hear from people who have actually used it.

Would you recommend DODA for foreigners applying from overseas? Has anyone successfully landed a professional job through it before moving to Japan?

I've also heard mixed opinions about recruitment agencies in Japan. Do they genuinely help foreigners find good white-collar jobs, or do they mostly push people toward lower-paying or less desirable positions?

I'd really appreciate hearing about your experiences, especially if you applied from outside Japan and eventually got hired.
