Getting a new avr

I currently have a Denon X4200W (2015 model) with a Monitor Audio Silver 5.1 speaker setup and no external amplification.
I’m considering upgrading to an Anthem MRX 540 8K, but I’m also looking at the Marantz Cinema 60 and the Onkyo TX-RZ70.
For those who have experience with these receivers, which would you recommend and why? My system is used about 50/50 for movies and music, and I’m mainly looking for better sound quality, dialogue clarity, room correction, and overall performance. Is the upgrade from my X4200W worth it?
