Looking for texts about Hungarian phonology & phonotactics

I came across "The Phonology of Hungarian" published by Oxford Linguistics a while back, but it's a very technical work intended for trained linguists. Can anyone recommend other books or materials dealing with Hungarian phonology that might be a bit more accessible? I'm particularly interested in how the language resolves difficult sound combinations between two adjacent words.
