Condo heat pump servicing in downtown core? (Jarvis and Front)

I am looking for any recommendations for someone to service my heat pump (which hasn't been working properly after the building chiller had an issue).

The prior companies I have used no longer will service condos without a blanket building contract. The building's HVAC company doesn't do residential heat pumps, and the property manager does not have any recommendations.
