Blizzards SSF is not truly SSF

Started the season with a friend, progressed to T12 Pit but playing in T10. Decided to start an SSF character to play when he is not available to play and that is when I found out SSF is not truly SSF.

Progression of season objectives is shared and I can complete the objectives on my SSF character that I completed on non-SSF. So at level 1 I immediately jumped to level 35 by completing the objectives and have all my ashes. Yay?

I understand I did not have to do that but wanted to test it.

Once again Blizz misses the mark. Should have separate season objectives between SSF and non-SSF.

Have not tried HC but is it the same there. Do objectives on normal character and complete on HC?
