CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY AT UCONN HEALTH CENTER

Hey everyone. I have been offered a position at UConn Health center in their IT department. It's a contract Opportunity but I get a very good pay increase. How often do contract positions get renewed at UCONN? They mentioned a multi year contract but I am skeptical abt it or the vendor company might be exaggerating as a multi year contract. Also does UCONN offer full time position to contract positions? Anything I have to check to get better insights abt the role offered?
