Its starting to feel worth it!

Hey guys, I am an independent author as of this year. I love history so I decided to gather stories of lesser known heroes for others to enjoy. I published the book a month ago, and after experimenting with different key words, and running an ad campaign on 5$ a day, it is starting to feel worth it.​

At the end of the first month I have almost 1k KENP pages read, and 3 sales. But the most important part to me is that I have 3 reviews that average out to 4.4 stars. They are legitimate, as I didn't really tell anyone I even wrote it. ​

I could never have imagined how satisfying it could feel to have strangers take the time to read your book, and then take the extra step to give a positive rating.

I know I haven't made any money on it, and those tiny sales numbers don't mean much, but the positive reviews have me through the roof.

Thanks for listening to my rant. I just wanted to share it in a place where others might understand.
