What surprised you most about the side of separation?
I thought the hard part of separation would be dealing with my emotions.. What really surprised me was how much of a struggle the everyday stuff would be. I mean people in this community kept saying how overwhelmed they felt with all the day-, to-day decisions.
Thinking back on my experience there were some practical things that turned out to be way tougher than I thought.
I'm not asking for advice. I just want to hear from people about what they didn't expect and what they wish they had known from the start.
