Seeking HR/Recruitment Professionals in UK Tech for MSc Research

Hi everyone! I’m completing my MSc in Human Resource Management at Lancaster University, and my dissertation looks at how HR and recruitment professionals interpret changing skill demands in technology hiring in the UK.

I’m hoping to speak with HR, TA, or recruitment professionals who work in UK tech sector. The interview is short (around 30–40 minutes), voluntary, and confidential. I’ll share a participant information sheet and consent form beforehand.
