Two normal ultrasounds?

Questions

Does this sound like it could be my gallbladder? And is it possible to have two normal ultrasounds and still have a gallbladder problem?

I’ve been struggling with these symptoms on and off for months now, and I’m still waiting to see a gastroenterologist. It’s really starting to get me down.

My main symptom is a very pinpoint burning/gnawing pain on the right side of my upper abdomen, from around my belly button up to under my right rib. It used to mainly happen when walking, stretching, twisting or bending, but recently it’s there most of the time.

I also have:
- A constant pressure/heavy feeling in the upper middle of my stomach that sometimes goes into my chest.
- Frequent acid reflux/heartburn.
- Lots of gas and bloating.
- Sometimes the pain stays in that one spot, other times my whole stomach cramps.
- I’ve also started getting this strange breathing feeling where I constantly feel like I need to take a deep breath, and when I do it makes me want to cough. I’m not actually short of breath, my oxygen levels are normal and my chest X-ray was clear.

So far I’ve had:

Two normal abdominal ultrasounds.
A normal chest X-ray.
A normal FIT and stool test.
Normal blood tests.

I’m starting to wonder if this could still be my gallbladder despite the ultrasounds being normal. Has anyone here had similar symptoms Or did your ultrasounds miss a gallbladder problem?

I’d really appreciate hearing your experiences because I’m feeling a bit stuck while I wait for my gastro appointment.
