Stuck in a accounting job, help me out?

I recently switched from Fintech to an IT services company, I support R2R accounting role in this new company. In this new company, where the things are new to me, I am curious to know processes. But my trainer isn't much helpful whenever I ask questions, I only get answers like do analyse and get to know or you will get to know once you are working on it likewise. Which is extremely feels suffocated as I tried to understand but no one is there to give clarity on the process and understandings.

I have reached out to my manager regarding the situation I am facing but instead of handling it quite cleverly he ruined it. Right now the situation is more like, the trainer isn't in good conversation with me and I feel I am stuck.

'What should I do in this situation?
Should I leave this company (joined 4 months ago)?
If I should leave company, what can I give answer in the new company interviews if they ask why you are leaving company this early?'
