How to deal with a racist

Yesterday, because a family was watching the soccer game at the pool, someone called the complex towing services. My car was towed unfortunately. I'm going to make them very specifically pay for that out of their pocket. My vehicle was already registered as a guest vehicle and this shouldn't have happened. It's my life mission now to find that person and cost them thousands for not only breaking their lease, but moving costs as well. I'm so sick of these people thinking they can run shit. I'm so sick of these people thinking they own everything and I'm so sick of having to use my hard earned dollars to pay for their lack of humanity. It is my absolute sworn duty to out this asshole permanently. I'll update as I find out more.
