live odds lag on smaller crypto books - is 3-5 sec just a fact of life?

been doing a lot of live betting on the world cup knockout matches this past week and noticed a massive difference in lag between the major books and the smaller crypto ones i use.

when i'm tracking lines on pinnacle or stake, the refresh is almost instant. but when i try to catch a line on sportbet or cloudbet during a fast transition or right after a corner, there's this brutal 4 to 5 second delay before the bet actually processes. twice yesterday during the france game it cost me an over line because the odds locked while my circle was spinning.

obviously pinnacle has the best infrastructure, but i like keeping rolls on a few smaller sites for specific prop depth. just wondering if this latency is a universal thing for smaller crypto platforms or if anyone has found one that actually updates in real time? pre-game is fine but live tracking feels completely unusable when things move fast..
