Freckle check vs dermatologist. confused on what to book
Hi, I’m in Brisbane and confused on what to book. I have a freckle I think looks suspicious, plus skin irritation that’s been ongoing for months and getting worse.
Can a dermatologist check both in one visit, or would I need two separate $350 appointments? Or would it make more sense to do a skin check for the freckle and see a GP with a skin specialisation for the irritation?
Also on a budget so a bit worried about ending up with a dermatologist who orders a ton of expensive biopsies just to pad the bill. Any advice on the best way to approach this?
