Snorted a roach while waking up

Im 18, 180lbs, and afab. I dont smoke or vape.

Basically the title. i feel it up there and its way deeper than i can get anything to go and I dont know where else to post this, I dont have any health insurance so an ER visit is kinda out the question. I dont know if this is cause for immediate concern, I dont know if it can hurt me, I just know that ive tried violently blowing my nose to using a bulb syringe, nothing works. Any tips whatsoever??
