Chapter 35 issues

Both of my youngest daughters are in college and attend the same school. They have never had any issues with receiving their benefits on time the past 2+ years until all the changes and upheaval at VA. It’s been a CONSTANT struggle and beyond frustrating. They went from their deposit hitting like clockwork by the 1st each month so they could pay their rent ON TIME to now never knowing when/if they will receive it even after verifying their enrollment via text message. Is anyone else feeling the frustration?
