Cosmetic science job in abroad

I'm planning to become a cosmetic scientist in abroad. I'll do my bsc in india and then through scholarship I'll do msc abroad either in Germany or in South Korea

I have heard that people on reddit are saying that cosmetic scientist job is not good cause they don't get job easily I'm kinda afraid about this carrier option

I want to do something in cosmetics only, which will give me a good pay

Suggest some countries where cosmetic is good and I can get job easily and also tell if being a cosmetic scientist is worth it or not in abroad and also tell if i can aim of becoming something else in cosmetic only which will give high pay ......
