MBA working full time with a newborn?

Hey all, I'm trying to determine if the WGU MBA is right for me in this season of life. For those of you that are parents and working full time, would you say it's feasible to finish in one term? My wife and I have a newborn coming in October and I feel that I would be easier to complete before the baby is fully walking, but I'm curious to know what you all have experienced. Any thoughts would be much appreciated!
