Girls planet 2 only for east asians???

Is girls planet 2 just for the "chinese" looking asians (sorry for being rascist but thats all they seem to have in these survival shows that say they are welcoming 'global' auditions). Its just every time they say they are looking for global auditions they always just end up having east asians.
