Is thinking you're ok-looking for a hon (like average to maybe slightly above average amongst hons), already considered honfidence?

Like I'm constantly bouncing between "I'm the ugliest hon to ever exist" and "For a hon I could look worse" and I'm a bit scared of building too much unchecked honfidence.
