AITA for uninviting my sister from my wedding after she turned my bachelorette party into drama?

I (30F) am getting married this September after being engaged for about two and a half years.
My sister, "Serena" (32F), lives abroad. We are not very close, but we still talk at least once every three months and usually see each other on birthdays and holidays. Our relationship has been difficult for years because she's much more emotional than I am. I've spent years carefully choosing my words, holding back my opinions, and constantly trying to avoid upsetting her. Because of that, we don’t really have a close relationship. But she doesn’t realize this, because she is only busy with herself.

One thing that bothered me during my engagement is that in over two years, she never once asked me how the wedding planning was going. Not once.

Since she never showed any interest, I didn't give her any special role in the wedding.
For the speeches, my fiancé and I decided to limit it to two speakers from each of our families so there would also be room for friends and we wouldn't end up with repetitive stories.

Serena completely lost it.
She argued with both of my parents and my younger sister, "Debby" (28F), who I'm actually very close with. Serena insisted she had the right to give a speech because she's my sister, and even claimed she deserved it more than our parents because I hadn't involved her in anything else.

Fast forward to last week, when I had my bachelorette party.
My friends and Debby organized an amazing day with fun activities, dinner, and an overnight stay at a hostel before going out. Some people weren't staying overnight and planned to head home later that evening.
After dinner, everyone who wasn't staying agreed to wait while the rest of us walked to the hostel, checked in, and got ready for the evening. They literally told us they didn't mind waiting.

About 20 minutes after we left, Serena called Debby. Debby was checking us into the hostel so she couldn’t pick up her phone, so Serena called me instead. I normally don't answer my phone during events like this, but I thought something terrible must have happened.
Nope.

She called just to tell us we were taking too long and needed to hurry because, according to her, all of my friends were getting annoyed.
From that point on, Debby shared her live location in the group chat so everyone could see exactly where we were, and when we left the hostel she also messaged that we were on our way. In total, we had been gone for about an hour.

On the way, I realized I'd forgotten my earplugs. I never go to clubs without them, so we quickly stopped at a store to buy a pair.
While we were literally walking toward the group with our live location visible, Serena called Debby five times, called me multiple times, and even started calling one of the friends organizing the party.

When we finally arrived, Serena immediately started screaming at Debby in the middle of the street, accusing her of not communicating where we were.
That was the moment I completely broke down. I'd spent over an hour feeling rushed on my own bachelorette party, only for my sister to start a huge argument the second we got back. I ended up crying.

Later I found out that my friends didn't even know Serena had called us after only 20 minutes. She had walked away from the group by herself, so when she claimed everyone was getting impatient, that wasn't even true.
The atmosphere was ruined. Several people left with a really bad feeling because they got dragged into this completely unnecessary drama. Even my friends are still angry with Serena because they felt she hijacked what was supposed to be a happy celebration for everyone and especially me.

It's now been a week and a half.
She has not apologized.
She hasn't checked in to see how I'm doing.
She hasn't acknowledged that she made me cry at my own bachelorette party.

This was the one event where all she had to do was put herself aside for a few hours and not create drama. Instead, she became the center of attention.

The only thing making me hesitate is that she flew in from another country for the bachelorette party, has already spent a lot of money, and has already bought flights for the wedding.

But after this, I honestly don't trust her anymore. If she couldn't make it through one afternoon and evening without causing a scene, I don't know why I should believe my wedding day will be any different.

So... AITA for uninviting my sister because I no longer trust her not to create drama at my wedding?
