Bofkont's 2025 fruited lambics all landed at once — six to work through
Been after these for a while and the whole 2025 Bofkont run turned up together: Kutfruit, Zomerkriek (summer cherry), Mirabelle-Gewürz (mirabelle plum + Gewürztraminer), Perzik-Saffraan (peach + saffron), Lady in Red and Moonwalk. Belgian lambic base, each one fruited differently.
Plan is to crack the Zomerkriek first while it's warm out, but the Perzik-Saffraan is the one I'm most curious about on paper. Anyone tried Bofkont before? Which of these would you open first?
