Anyone here dealing with excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis) فرط التعرق?

Hi everyone,

I'm curious if anyone here suffers from hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating), especially on the hands, feet, or underarms.

If you do Have you found anything that actually helps? And do you ever feel embarrassed because of it, or am I just overthinking it?
