My girlfriend gets mad at me for being sick and calls me “not a real man”

My girlfriend of 4 years (we both in our mid twenties) has this weird thing where she gets mad when I show signs of being sick, or signs of any weakness really, even shivering when it’s cold makes her mad and she calls me “not a real man”. Most the time I roll with it and tell her to stfu I usually don’t take it that seriously although it is annoying sometimes, if I eat too slow or don’t wanna eat food when it’s too hot or don’t eat enough food, or when my feet are cold when we’re in bed (like I have any control of that) or any kind of weakness she pulls the “not a real man” card. Even though I banter back this is not banter on her end she genuinely gets pressed and upset about this stuff and I kinda just thought about how absurd this is. Is the real version of a man in her head a robot that never gets sick or cold? Idk I even asked her this and she gave some nonsense response, something along the lines of she just doesn’t like seeing me shiver or struggle with anything. Like I’m a human of course I will get cold sometimes. Has anyone else ever experienced this or something similar let me know, also how do I deal with this? What should I do?
