Brawlers below power level 6 should be unable to get nanopowers from nanodrops

This event would get less hate if they change this because as a player with a bunch of level 1 brawlers it infuriating for half of them to get nanopowers,its impossible to play with them since if you do want to play with them you will have to upgrade them to at least level 9 to feel like you are at the same level as other players but it cost coins and power points which is better spent on brawlers you will paly after the event end.This event would be more fun if i could play brawlers that are actually playabale to begin with.i dont get how they expect us to have fun if we cant even play the brawlers.i know there are 30 days to collect all nanopowers but most of the time the nanodrops dont even contain nanopowers so its even harder to get nanopowers for brawlers that are above level 9.
