Right model(s) for a busy medical practice?

Hi everyone. I have a customer that is a busy medical clinic in an inner city. They are a little hard on hardware. Will the T73W and T85W models hold up well? (I haven't deployed Yealink in a while so I'm a little out of touch.)

If there are different Yealink models I should consider for that type of environment please advise. I appreciate your thoughts.
